Material Assistance Services ->Emergency Relief
The Emergency Relief Program (ERP) Provides one-off emergency assistance to residents in the Fairfield Local Government Area who are suffering from an immediate financial crisis caused by unusual circumstances (e.g. unexpected health problems, death in the family, etc...).
The ERP service is by appointment only
It is important that you be on time for your appointment, if you do not bring the required documents you may not be seen and a new appointment will be made for you. This program does not provide assistance for normal day to day cost of living expenses, but does recognize many clients have long term financial issues.
What can the program assist with?
The Emergency Relief Program (ERP) can assist with:
Food vouchers
Utilities expense
Medical expenses
Moving expenses
Funeral expenses.
EPPA Vouchers.
The level and type of assistance will be determined by a Parks worker or a volunteer.

1:30pm-4:30pm to make an appointment .

You be required to bring certain paperwork with you. All documents need to be currant.
Centre-Link statement, including any person or family member who resides with you. If that person is working you will be required to bring in a current wage slip.
The bill you need assistance with must be overdue.
Two utility bills with current address.
Rent or Mortgage statement.
Recent Bank Statement
Any relevant documents you feel may assist your evaluation
