The Youth Resilience Program is a social skills and resilience building program for young people aged 12-15. It has has been recognised by the World Health Organisation as an effective means to prevent anxiety in this age group. The skills learnt empower youth to deal with stressful situations and provide participants with the tools to rise to life’s challenges, and make the most of setbacks and adversity. It also helps develop self-confidence, and problem-solving skills.
